Director of Development
Salary based on experience.
Norfolk Community Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people of Norfolk. We achieve this by raising funds from individuals, businesses, public sector organisations and trusts to provide project funding and grants programmes for local community groups and charities.
We are looking to appoint an experienced development professional to join the senior management team. Working with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, you will have a major input into the future direction of the Foundation strategy, delivery and developing new ways of reaching wider audiences, as well as providing oversight on all aspects of marketing and communications.
The successful candidate should have experience of fundraising or business development
at a senior level as well as the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer care to donors and other key stakeholders. This high profile role requires excellent written, verbal and presentation skills along with the ability to work as part of a small team.
