We are seeking to recruit a highly creative and enthusiastic individual to join our direct marketing team within our fundraising department. This newly created role will support the Senior Products Officer with the implementation of all of the charitys products, merchandise and tribute gifts.

The role

Reporting to the Senior Products Officer, you will be required to assist with the promotion and growth of our adult and junior membership schemes, the adoption scheme, lottery and mass-participation products. You will also assist with the management and promotion of merchandise and tribute gifts whilst working with the Senior Direct Marketing Officers to review and analyse product performance.

About you

The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in a marketing focused role. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), have excellent project management and analytical skills along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

World Horse Welfare is an international charity that improves the lives of horses in the UK and around the world through education, campaigning and hands-on care. We employ 130 professionals who are based at our Head Office in Norfolk, our four rescue and rehoming centres located in Norfolk, Somerset, Lancashire and Aberdeenshire and 16 Field Officers who investigate and resolve welfare concerns across the UK.
