Direct Marketing Analyst
Full time permanent position Snetterton, Norfolk
World Horse Welfare is an international charity that improves the lives of horses in the UK and around the world through education, campaigning, and hands-on care. The charity relies on its fundraising team to grow voluntary donations from the public, charitable trusts and related organisations.
We are looking to recruit a full time DM Analyst to work within a busy and professional team with the specific brief of providing timely action-orientated analysis reports of all campaign activity. Reporting to the Head of Direct Marketing, you will also be responsible for providing support to the Fundraising Data Officer in implementing important upgrades to the charity's supporter database, Alms.net. You may be required to travel to any of the charity's four centres and to represent us at Trade Shows and other events across the UK.
The successful candidate will have experience in a marketing or fundraising role and a working knowledge of a fundraising database, or similar. You must possess proven analytical skills, demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail. You will be comfortable using the full range of Microsoft packages; and be able to give clear examples of your ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines under pressure. Degree level education, CIM, IDM or equivalent would be advantageous.
