Our expanding digital team is looking for a committed digital specialist to help implement the delivery of digital revenues for our successful portfolio across the South West. Our flagship products include The Weston Mercury, North Somerset Times, Sidmouth Herald and North Devon Gazette.
Due to the success of our expanding digital revenues we have created a new key sales role. This will involve you presenting digital advertising solutions to key accounts and coaching our internal sales teams to enable them to become more confident with their digital sales. You will as a result of consulting with our customers and understanding their needs offer the right multi-platform campaigns such as digital display advertising, programmatic display, mobile websites, apps, content marketing, e-newsletters and social media.
We have offices in Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, Totnes and Barnstaple. The ideal candidate will therefore be based a commutable distance from these offices, using one of them as a base. This opportunity requires great independence and autonomy as direct team support and management are based across the South West. You will need to develop excellent rapport with our sales teams in these four offices to ensure that your effectiveness as a digital expert is represented to its max.
Much of your time will be spent visiting businesses with the print sales force, supporting them in presenting and pitching to large key accounts and inspiring clients with campaigns that will deliver effective results and provide great return on their investment. You will also work closely with digital specialists across the wider business for product development, strategy and best practice.
