Deputy Boarding House Manager

Pro-Rata Salary for this post at 80% FTE: £16,181


The Deputy Boarding House Manager is an important post in the Lincoln Sixth Form Centre.  Reporting to the Head of Lincoln Hall, through the Sixth Form Boarding House Managers, the Deputy Boarding House Managers will be at the heart of a large community of over 480 day and boarding students and will be actively involved in their lives.  

The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Lincoln Hall and other Sixth Form staff.  There are two Boarding House Managers in the Sixth Form Centre: one working with Year 12 and the other with Year 13 and they are supported by three resident Deputy Boarding House Managers. 
The College was judged as Outstanding in our last Ofsted education and Boarding inspections and based on our GCSE results; we were the highest achieving state school in East Anglia at GCSE in Summer 2015 and were awarded the World Class Schools Quality Mark in October 2015.
