JOB TITLE: Day Services Lead

HOURS: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT TYPE:  PERMANENT

LOCATION:  North Walsham/ AYLSHAM

SALARY: £23,987 - £25,472 depending on skills and experience

We deliver this through engaging financial and volunteering support from across our communities.  This support enables us to deliver a range of connecting services, and to develop the caring services which facilitate and enable independent and fulfilling lives for as long as possible.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner to lead our current day services in North Walsham and Aylsham and to support the Care Manager in the planning and development of future sustainable services in North Walsham and North Norfolk.  An important part of the role will be the creative and innovative development of activities within the service, along with day to day operational responsibility for all designated day services in your area.

Qualified in Health and Social Care to a minimum level 4/5 or equivalent training and experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.  As a natural leader, you will also enjoy a hands-on approach with empathy for service users and their families.

Aylsham and District Care Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
