CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY: £18500 to £20000

BENEFITS: Company Pension,23 days holiday and bank holidays

HOURS: Full-time

LOCATION: Romsey, SO51 7UT

We are now seeking to recruit a full-time Customer Services Administrator to work in our finance department.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Account Queries
Managing Expectations
Setting up new customers
1st line billing/Invoice queries
First point of call for customers
Answering calls within 2-3 rings
Liaising with customers daily
Ensure all internal systems are kept updated
Up-selling where possible
Dealing with required changes to customer accounts
Log billing changes or savings over to the billing team
Deal and monitor customer tickets to ensure they complete efficiently
Leasing Queries
Termination of accounts
Dealing with administration and liquidation of accounts
Managing site moves for customers
Send missing invoices and agreements
Ensure incentives and promises within the deal are actioned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience within the Telecommunications industry would be an advantage
Customer service experience
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to manage the accounts of your allocated salesperson
Be able to work in a pressurised environment
Excellent administration skills
Excellent customer services skills
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
Be able to adapt to change
Problem solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office & experience of using databases
Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
