The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Woven, a leading 24/365 outsourcing contact Centre. We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our stimulating and vibrant organisation and to go above and beyond to provide the best possible resolution for our customers.

Our clients are well known household names in the Charity, Retail, Hospitality and Facilities sectors. You will be expected to take calls from people who are looking to make a donation, place and order, report a building fault or make a booking.

The ideal candidate will have worked or currently works in a customer service role and is passionate about customer service excellence. Experience in written communication, highly computer literate and a good level of experience in using social media platforms are desirable.

Requirements

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer service
  • To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Taking details of enquires & complaints
  • Processing orders and taking payments
  • Escalate any issues or complaints to your team manager where necessary
  • To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business

The key skills we're looking for are:

  • Excellent communicators in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Experience within customer service environments (Contact Centre/care/retail/Hospitality)
  • Exposure dealing with difficult customers or difficult situations
  • Competent typist
  • Computer literate
  • Great telephone manner
