CIS Payroll/Office administrator

Based in Hemingford Abbots we are a local family run bricklaying company with over 250 sub-contractors working for us. We have a full time position for an experienced candidate who has dealt with CIS payroll.

Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with CIS payroll experience.
* CIS payroll, Email, Word, Excel, accounts software
* A highly organised and proactive attitude. Reliable ability to prioritise.
* Happy to work on their own initiative running multiple tasks concurrently.
* Confidence to liaise with the Office Manager to discuss any day-to-day payroll and general admin matters.
* Ideal candidate would have experience with CIS Payroll

Responsibilities include:
* Main payroll contact for all bricklayers
* Raising Invoices, payment applications
* Preparation of monthly CIS returns to HMRC
* Preparation & subsequent submission upon approval of month CIS returns HMRC
* Running fortnightly payroll
* Dealing with retention deductions from sub-contractors.
* Dealing with CSCS health and safety cards and Public Liability Insurance from our bricklayers
* Payroll Journals
* Credit Control & Chasing payments
* Reconciling transactions
* Assist the company with other duties as arises.
