Children & Young People Services Team Leader (West Norfolk)
NANSA is an excellent charity providing services for children and adults with disabilities in the county of Norfolk. We are currently going through a period of growth and development and have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding organisation as a Children and Young People Services Team Leader based in Kings Lynn.
The NANSA Children & Young Peoples Services Team Leader is responsible for the development, planning, organisation and running of our group-based specialist services for young people in West Norfolk aged 11 - 25 with physical / learning disabilities or complex additional support needs. This role requires a combination of outstanding frontline delivery skills with strong organisational ability, the ability to provide strong leadership to the Children & Young Peoples Services Team in West Norfolk and the ability to create and deliver an outstanding programme of activities.
The post holder will also be required to work in collaboration with NANSAs partner organisation, West Norfolk Deaf Association.
Salary: £20,366 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: Part time 21 hours per week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (8.30am - 4.00pm)
