CHEF SUPERVISOR - SPORTSCAFE REF: SP430
£22,614 per annum

Based at the University of East Anglia, the Sportscafé at the Sportspark serves over a million visitors a year at its world-class facilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced grill Chef to supervise and work alongside a small team in the production of quality breakfasts, brunch, lunch and dinner with a modern global sports bar themed menu.

The successful candidate will also have an interest in designing menus for healthy eating and sports nutrient diet. The role also includes an element of hospitality catering for sports events, meetings and childrens parties.

Benefits include an excellent pension scheme; working in a beautiful campus environment and access to Sportspark, one of the countrys leading sports complexes.The position will include evenings and weekends, working 5 days out of 7.
An NVQ level 1/2 in a catering discipline/City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent qualification (or equivalent experience) is essential. If you meet all of the essential requirements of the person specification, including having a flair and passion for creating quality innovative dishes, it would be great to hear from you.
