Cygnet Care is a highly regarded small family run organisation, who have four Residential Care homes for the elderly in South Norfolk and have some very exciting developments for the future.

The family have daily involvement in their homes, supporting their experienced manager.
 

Each home has its own character and share the same excellent standards and 
professionalism  in caring for our elderly Residents. 

If you feel that you would like to join us at Cygnet Care, the position of Care Assistant at The Moorings,  Earsham near Bungay has become available, no experience is necessary.

If you are kind, caring, supportive and wish to make a difference in looking after elderly people and want to work in a very caring team, we would love to hear from you. 

Cygnet Care has its own dedicated Training Manager who will provide induction training to enable you to be confident and knowledgeable in all aspect of care you will provide. 

We can offer you:  

  •         Competitive rates of pay above the minimum wage.  
  •         Flexible working hours.  
  •          Training opportunities  
  •          Career opportunities with internal promotions available.  
  •          Refer a friend bonus scheme.  
  •          Uniform provided.

 All staff who meet the government criteria (over 22, under pension age and earning more than £10,000 are auto enrolled within the pension fund)
