CAMPUS SERVICES EVENTS ADVISOR REF: SC3468

£22,017 to £25,482 per annum

 

The ideal candidate will ensure the coordination and legal compliance of events taking place across all outdoor spaces on the Universitys campus, is carried out to the highest standard.  Working closely with various University departments and Norwich City Council (for Earlham Park Events), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of various events in line with existing legislation and regulations. The role also involves working closely with the Business Resilience Manager to ensure the Universitys Freedom of Speech Code of Conduct is adhered to.

 

 

You must have five GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification or experience) and an IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent), together with experience of organising high profile events and experience and an understanding of licencing and events logistics.  Excellent IT, customer care and organisation skills are also essential, along with a flexible approach to work and the ability to multi-task.
