BUSINESS MANAGER

 

As part of our expansion plan we are introducing a business support model which will provide a seamless and efficient administration to Building surveying and Software team, inc the operational staff. The new service will ensure compliance and completion of their day to day tasks to meet key performance indicators and quality standards.

As a Business Manager, you will plan, manage and deliver support to meet priorities and deliver outcomes for service specific locality teams. Youll co-ordinate a range of business activities such as performance monitoring, low level finance, premises compliance and health and safety.

Youll identify succession planning, ensure staff are offered appropriate training and development opportunities and work to develop areas of responsibilities. Fully integrating yourself youll be the go-to person within the surveying and contracting teams to ensure an efficient and effective administrative support service is delivered. A detailed knowledge of administration and IT systems (Microsoft Suite) and procedures, the ability to understand the function of the team and their service objectives and skills to communicate with people at all levels is essential.

 

With experience of supervising a small team and supporting a diverse service, your organizational skills will be second to none. Youll have experience of mentoring, preparing budgets, developing and monitoring administrative systems and compiling presentations and reports.

Based in Norwich, (expectation to travel maybe required, driving licence desirable but not essential).
