Leisure-net is the leading market research and customer insight provider to the health, fitness and leisure sector. We require an IT literate candidate with great communication skills to fill a vital vacancy in our small, but dynamic and focused company. Based in our lovely office, just outside of Norwich on a farm in Hethersett, we need someone to manage existing clients, and develop new ones, for our online Insight Platform, which is the leading tool within the sector that we operate in.

Initially we see this being a 32-hour post, but with the potential to go full time, with flexible hours and working location, (i.e. could be part home part office working). Reporting direct to the company directors, you will manage the accounts of about 20 clients, providing a personal and high-quality service helping them to make the most of the services we provide. In addition we would work with you to develop warm prospects for our services and to sell new services to our existing client base.

You must be happy to work on your own initiative, setting targets and being self-motivated to meet them. And you must be comfortable working in a small office environment with 3-4 other people in the office. Some travel, attending meetings and conferences may be required, but your own transport is not necessary.

This is an ideal role for someone wishing to gain experience and develop their business skills, in account management, business development and software/insight services.

The salary is negotiable for the right candidate and there is a good package of bonus and benefits, plus flexible working practices, that go with the post. We are also very keen on supporting our staff to develop themselves professionally through additional training and courses.
