Apprenticeship Business Development Consultant - South West - £30,000 plus bonus structure / 45p per mile, 20 days holiday plus stats.

The Role: Apprenticeship Business Development Consultant

• Your brief is to generate business from Health & Social Care Levy Payers. This will be sector specific training and also the generics

• Initially targeting the South West but with the scope to travel further afield if beneficial

• You will be initiating conversations with decision makers, securing and attending client meetings in order to take an organisational needs analysis

• Drawing upon your experience, you will be creating compelling presentations based on your recommendations and securing business

Essential Requirements: Apprenticeship Business Development Consultant

• You will be a proven apprenticeship sales professional

• You will be able to demonstrate a sound track record securing levy accounts by advising employers on how to maximise their levy spend effectively

• You will be self-motivated and therefore able to work autonomously

• You will have a working knowledge of the New Standards and be able to explain their benefits clearly to potential clients

Desirables: Apprenticeship Business Development Consultant

• Ideally, you will have worked within or sold health and social care apprenticeships

The Employer: Apprenticeship Business Development Consultant

• This company is a specialist, niche market training provider, created by the directorate to provide a high-quality training provision to companies within initially the South West, but now further afield, due to consistent growth. As recognition of the level of quality training provided, this training provider has been awarded a quality mark for their training from Skills for Care. Attracting levy clients is part of the company's business model so that a cohort for an employer consists of several learners as opposed to one here and there.
