Position available within a small team -
milking cows / husbandry tasks; care of calves - health and husbandry tasks;record keeping; assisting with vets visits; cleaning dairy equipment; some tractor driving.
Will use the the latest technology in milking cows, including 3 DeLaval robotic milking machines
Note that this is physically hard work, will be outdoors in all weather and involves long working hours.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week plus over time available. 2 regular days off per week.
Qualifications & Skills required - need to have a genuine love of cows and livestock
Training via Easton & Otley College leading to an Intermediate Level 2 Livestock Apprenticeship
