Salary:
c£20,000 per annum, plus company car

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Housing department in the role of ASB Officer based in the West Region- covering the properties in and around Mid Suffolk and Babergh, Cambridgeshire, Forest Heath and St Edmundsbury.

The role is responsible for providing a frontline response to reports of crime and anti-social behaviour (including domestic violence and hate crime) affecting Flagship customers and to lead on enforcement action.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To assess the impact and need of victims of ASB and prioritise the delivery of the service accordingly.

  • To investigate all referred cases of crime and anti-social behaviour.

  • To work with other frontline staff and our in-house legal team on ASB case management and reporting.

  • To provide support to victims, witnesses and perpetrators of ASB, directing them to support services, where appropriate.

  • To be responsible for other enforcement action, ensuring good tenancy management and compliance with legislation.

Essential Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience of dealing with customers.

  • Practical experience in a similar role, either within housing or a related field

  • Educated to a GCSE standard or equivalent.

  • A full driving licence.

  • Use of Microsoft office packages.
