Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Administrator - Zedbox is the UKs leading Garden Annex Brand. This fast growing, internationally focused business has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join us on a full-time permanent basis, operating from our new headquarters in Bury St Edmunds. For the position of Administrator, we require someone with excellent IT skills (particularly in Excel) and strong communication skills. In return are offering a basic salary up to £24,000 depending on experience.

As an Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and up-date holiday schedule
  • Maintain staff details spreadsheet
  • Compile staff time-sheet records
  • Collate and record web data
  • Collate and record marketing performance data
  • Generate customer specific parts lists for production and delivery
  • Ordering office supplies and operating office machinery such as photocopier & franking machine
  • Raising purchase orders

Ensure electronic and manual filing is maintained and accurate.

Zedbox is a fast paced, fast growing company. For this role of Administrator, we are looking for the following:

  • Previous experience working within a similar administration-based role
  • Excellent IT skills and particularly with Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management

This is a full-time permanent position with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In return we are offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-growing business.
