Salary £18,000-£21,000 (depending on experience) 

 

Administration Executive Best of Suffolk was founded in 2006, we have successfully grown our award-winning business now represent over 400 stylish places to stay in Suffolk. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Administration Executive to join us on a permanent basis based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. 

As an Administration Executive your responsibilities will be to provide full and efficient administrative, customer service and receptionist duties to the team and Directors of the company. Supporting the Customer Service Manager to deliver the highest level of customer experience to colleagues, clients, suppliers and guests at all stages of the customer journey and by all methods of communication. This will be fulfilled with effective administration tasks both internally and externally. Internally involves process, policy, presentation and visitor welfare. Externally involves communication (inc social media), delivery and point-of-contact. 

 

Other key duties include: 

  • The highest level of customer service provided at all times. 
  • Exceptional administration support provided to the Sales, Customer Service and Property Recruitment teams always, i.e. Finance and Marketing fully supported as and when required. 

  • Continual review and improvement of existing processes. 

  • Company targets achieved at individual and team levels. 

  • Complaint resolution support. 

  • Customer satisfaction targets achieved (client and guest) 

  • PA support to Directors and Senior Management 

  • The highest level of hospitality provided to all visitors to BoS HQ. 
 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: 

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Strong organisational skills. 

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate processing skills. 

  • Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally. 

  • Pleasant, professional and proficient always. 

  • Confident and calm under pressure. 

  • Self-motivated and committed to personal excellence. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages. 
 

 

This is a full-time permanent role. In return we are offering a competitive salary (depending on experience). You will be required during busy periods to cover on-call and Saturday duties on a rota basis.
