1st Line Support Comms Unite Ltd are seeking an experienced 1st Line Support team member to join their existing team at their office base at BT Adastral Park the home of Innovation.

The role of 1st Line Support will be to support IT and Telecom services to local, national and international companies. Our aim is to help businesses grow and improve performance through the powerful provision of bespoke technology and communication solutions. 

Your responsibilities as 1st Line Support will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customers through the problem-solving process, following up to update customers on status through to conclusion
  • Recording events, problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Pass on any feedback, suggestions by customers or possible improvements on procedures to appropriate internal team.

Requirements of the Role

  • Ideal candidate would have experience within a 1st Line Support/ IT Support role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Attention to detail.

On offer is a salary of £17,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience), great working environment including gym membership. We offer training and support throughout your career and there are opportunities to progress within the company. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
