Role: Project Support Administrator

Location:  Hitchin

Status:  Permanent full time

Job Description

My client is seeking a good Project Administrator to join their very busy team based in Hitchin.  You will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers in the smooth running of various projects by providing office support. 

As well as supporting the production of materials you will also be completing factory action requests, co-ordinating the delivery of materials and equipment to site in time as to specification and monitoring costs through the project, working alonside the Project Manager.

You will also be involved in requesting appropriate labour, and ensuring that any costs are within the quoted costs allowed. 

In addition, you will check and raise invoices, and provide advise to customers as well as dealing with all associated administration.

Coordinate delivery of materials to site and weekly monitoring of costs throughout the life cycle of the project

Ideally, you will have previous customer service or project support experience, be organised, have good time managment skills and be able to handle multiple enquiries at one time.

Have a good background in logistics, knowledge of workflow and strong IT skills

Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and good commercial awareness.  

Knowledge of SAP systems would be useful.
