We are currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Nurse RGN or RMN to join the team based within a Nursing Care Centre in Exmouth, Devon

The home provides Nursing Care, Palliative Care and care for individuals with Dementia.

Role Responsibilities:

Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance and policies and procedures

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected time-scales

Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff

Ensure that individuals are safe-guarded in accordance with "No Secrets" legislation, company policy and local safeguarding policy

Ensure that residents are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times

Maintain a sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (or equivalent) and all other regulatory standards

Provide coaching, training and support to junior staff when applicable

This is a full time permanent Registered Nurse position and offers a competitive salary of £33,871 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week at £17.37 per hour.
