JOB TITLE: Customer Services Manager

HOURS: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (occasional weekends and evenings)

LOCATION: Gravesend

We're working in partnership with an HR Manager who is seeking a Customer Service Manager to manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for customers to ensure they remain their 5-star status.

You will be responsible for the Customer Service Technicians, and coordinators, and will report directly to the Head of Customer Service.

The day to day duties in your new job would be (but would not be limited to):

Aim to continuously improve the Net Promoter Score through addressing customer needs
Hold the final quality inspection before handover to the customer
Be the first point of contact once exchange has taken place
Visit customers off-site to understand their needs by building a professional relationship
Carry out the preview to customers to ensure that all relevant operating instructions and helpline numbers are provided
Instruct and liaise with engineers, subcontractors, technicians
Work to Service Level Agreements and raise concerns
Be available to deal with the out of hours calls and direct them accordingly
Lead, motivate, communicate, develop, appraise, and performance manage staff
Keep up to date with Health and Safety updates
Check and sign off invoices for suppliers and sub-contractors
Assist with the production of material presented to the Group DirectorWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
