The Opportunity

Location: Bexley Civic Centres, 2 Watling Street, DA6 7AT
Hours per week: 40 hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £(phone number removed) (depending on experience)

What is the purpose of this role?

To assist in the delivery of a range of facilities services to buildings in line with contractual commitments.

What will this role involve?

Smooth running of the reception and security services.
Management of holiday and sickness cover.
Take a hands-on role to provide cover if required to ensure BAU.
Inducting new starters.
Being part of the recruitment process for new operatives.
Ordering.
Delivering training and TBT's regularly ensuring all operatives are fully competent and understand the standards required.
Carrying out site audits.

What are we looking for?

SIA License
Strong admin experience
Strong managerial eperience
Good knowledge of health and safety
Good knowledge of the industry
IT literate
Experience in a similar position
Flexibility with hours to suit business requirements
