Bakkavor Group is a leading manufacturer in the fresh prepared food market, specialising in developing private-label products for top global grocery retailers and well-known international foodservice operators.

Bakkavor Meals, based in Sutton Bridge, specialises in making chilled ready meals for a dedicated customer and employs around 200 people. Bakkavor Meals in Spalding has a factory specialising in dips with a 130 employees on a highly automated site.

They are part of the Bakkavor Meals sector which has eight factories in the UK.

The successful HRBP will be based in Sutton Bridge 3 days a week and 2 days in Spalding.

Bakkavor Meals is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner across 2 sites with a focus on supporting Line Manager capability and Employee Engagement.

This is a generalist role and you will be supporting the Factory Managers with day to day HR tasks, such as performance management, management information and ad hoc HR projects.

It is essential that you have experience of managing ER cases, disciplinaries and grievances.

The role is full time and permanent, perfect for someone looking to further develop their career within HR within food manufacturing and who already has experience in a similar industry.

You must be a well organised, confident HR professional, capable of engaging at all levels, willing to challenge where necessary and have experienced of a unionised environment.

The successful candidate will:

* Ideally be CIPD qualified

* Have experience in performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, ER case management and HR Generalist Knowledge

Salary between £35,000 – 40,000 depending on experience plus pension, bonus and healthcare

This role is Monday to Friday core hours 8.30am to 5pm (flexibility needed to work approx. 1 evening or early a week)
