Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Case & Permanent Placement Administrator to work with Norfolk County Council, based in Kings Lynn. This contract is initially for 3 months and will be paying an hourly rate of £11.00 per hour.
The role:
You will be key support to the Head of Social Work, Head of Services and Partnerships and the Independent reviewing managers (and their management teams) in the form, function, delivery and outcomes of requests for resources to support children and families in Norfolk.
In addition, you will, with the support of the relevant senior manager, will perform a critical role in ensuring that the right children are discussed at the right meeting at the right time with the aim of ensuring that the right care plan is secured for the young person in a timely way.
Key Responsibilities:

      To support excellent local delivery through the management and tracking of requests, outcomes, commitment and spend relating to requests for resources and care placements.
To manage the inputs and outputs of operational requests to locality case discussion meetings and permanence planning meetings.
To develop, in conjunction with the Head of Service and their management team, a framework for accurate monitoring and evidencing of spend and realisation of efficiencies.
Applicant Requirements:
  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years working with as a Business Support Officer or Administrator.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
