Our Client is looking for a target driven high performing Senior Sale Engineer. You will be responsible for driving the revenue streams through the creation of new business and through expanding existing contracts.

Role Profile

If you are to prove that you have what it takes, you will be able to demonstrate that you can:

Create revenue to meet and exceed value and gross margin targets
Generate new business as well as develop incremental business from existing clients to ensure the best opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Submit detailed tenders that eliminate financial, technical and contractual risks as much as possible.
Include detailed cost estimates and assessment documents to determine the contracts financial and security viability.
Ensure all technical specification and estimates to take into EC regulation to enhance the sales opportunity.
Promote company products and services through maintaining and strengthening contracts with new and existing clients.
Keep up to date with the latest developments from competitors and ensure accurate analysis enabling resources are to be effectively used and sales targets analysed.
Communication with other members of the sales teams and strategise marketing and advertising campaigns to Achieve target.
Maintain and improve the companies health and safety standards in accordance with the health and safety practices outlined in company policies.
Ensure companies procedures and authority levels are applied.
Companies quality service standards are adhered to.
Any additional related duties may be requested.

Key Skills

HNC/HND/ Degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Thermodynamic discipline.
Minimum five years experience in sales of packaged industrial refrigeration plant for the chemical pharma or oil and gas industries.
Knowledge of refrigerants and refrigeration systems for low temp packaged units. This will include ammonia.
Zone 1 & 2 electrics
Knowledge of general contract conditions and basic financial management.

Person Profile

Our client’s ideal candidate will:

Be required to travel the UK and internationally
Project management expertise
Show initiative to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
Establish a d team atmosphere to ease the delivery of complex projects
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including word, excel etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good with administration
