We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic and dedicated team based on the outskirts of Cambridge. In this position you will be responsible for administering multiple training contracts and services and acting as the first point of contact to ensure an excellent service between clients, schools and instructors.

We are seeking someone who is able to ensure the smooth running of the office, so excellent organisational and administrative skills are a must. As the role will involve handling queries via telephone and email, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Maintaining records, databases and spreadsheets
  • Ensuring staff have the information and resources required to run courses effectively
  • Maintaining office supplied such as stationary and equipment
  • Organising post
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities
  • Liaising with schools and instructors to organise training courses via web-based bookings, email, telephone and meetings
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Compliance with GDPR

Experience required for this role:

  • High proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, instructors and schools
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Giving exceptional attention to detail
