Year 4 Class Teacher
February 2019 - for 2 terms

SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a two-form entry Outstanding primary school in Hackney looking to recruit a talented KS 2 teacher to join their close-knit school community. The successful teacher will play a key role in providing the best possible standards of teaching and learning for their pupils. As role, will start in the lead up to half term so you will benefit from a fantastic handover of team teaching with the current teacher for 2 weeks. It is expected to run for until the end of the academic year with every possibility of it transitioning into a permanent contract in September 2019.

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills
• The potential to develop others effectively and work as part of a team
• Highly reflective practices
• Creative and new ideas with an ability to translate them into inclusive practice
• High quality organisational skills
• Evidence of improving student outcomes
