CARE/SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED

We have ongoing roles in residential and learning disability settings in the Dereham area.

This role entails supporting with personal care, daily living skills, social interaction and enabling clients to have a proactive and positive lifestyle.

If you have at least 6 months experience and have a person centered, caring and compassionate manner we'd love to hear from you.

Candidates will need:

In date mandatory training

A current enhanced DBS

A minimum of 6 months experience working within the care industry

An understanding of the needs of patients/service users

Good verbal and written communication skills.

An empathetic and caring nature

Ability to liaise with outside agencies and other professionals.

Ability to work autonomously and productively as part of a team.

Own transport or access to transport
