We’re working with a leading insurance provider in the East of England, looking to recruit A new team member for their successful and growing business. Candidates will ideally come from an insurance sales background either selling and advising or personal or commercial lines of insurance. There are a variety of roles available in terms of products, and we can discuss this in more detail if you send over your CV.

Candidates will ideally be Cert II qualified and have experience in roles of management within the insurance sector. Excellent customer service is key in order to maintain positive customer relationships to ensure that sales don’t decrease for Coversure Branches and Affinities business. As the Head of sales you will be managing fellow team members and setting plans and strategies to make sure the company continues to grow. You will be able to take control and be in charge of multiple situations and have the ability to manage and grow a database of clients within this fast-paced business. You will be targeted and an aspect of the package you receive will be made up with bonuses.
