Our client is looking for someone to work on a fixed term contract from the end of January until October 2018 to cover maternity leave. Salary offered is £17,000 pro-rata plus associated benefits. This role would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced, commercial environment, the role is busy and requires a candidate with the following attributes: • Attention to detail – especially when quoting - You must have a confident nature as you will be dealing with clients! • Ability to multi task – this can be a fast-paced environment and we need someone who can juggle multiple duties and prioritise urgent tasks. • Excellent telephone manner – while this is not a client-facing role, you will be answering phones and we require someone who is friendly and professional • Basic maths skills • Competent using of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Listed below are some of the duties the role would involve - our client is prepared to train you to ensure that you are confident in what you do. You will be working with a team of 4 with some great clients and a great office atmosphere! • Requesting prices from suppliers • Typing up quotes ready to send to clients • Proofing • Creating presentations • Tracking deliveries • Dealing with suppliers • Dealing with couriers • Office admin
