IT Support Analyst (Mitel Specialist) Letchworth Garden City Circa £20,000 6 month fixed term contract Our client is a not-for-profit housing association providing quality homes across eight local authority areas in the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. They are currently embarking upon the delivery of a 3-year IT strategy, involving the delivery of significant transformation change, positively impacting the way they deliver service to their customers, and protecting the business by ensuring they operate in a safe and legal manner. The IT Support Analyst will primarily be concerned with the ownership of the businesses Mitel telephony platform. You will support and progress the telephony solution whilst assisting with general remote and desk side IT support within a Microsoft Windows environment. This will involve the resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs agreed with the business. The successful candidate will already have a broad knowledge of IT technologies covering infrastructure, data and software applications. You will have a history of working with Mitel telephony in both a BAU and project capacity and will have a keen interest in keeping abreast of technological trends. You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle to enable short distance travel between office locations.
