We are currently recruiting for an experienced recruitment administrator/consultant to join our friendly team based in Potters Bar. The successful candidate will be organised and self-sufficient working independently as well as part of a team. Experience of working within recruitment is essential but training is given for those who are new to recruitment sector. Main duties and responsibilities will include: Making phone calls to clients Meeting with new and existing clients Booking appointments Administrative tasks Accurate record keeping of advertisements & recruitment tracking. Monitor online blogs and social media. Processing time sheets Building client relationships Providing clients with an excellent support service Sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates with full responsibilities for reference checking On call duties Requirements: Excellent Communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong sales background Target Driven Hardworking Organised Competent in the use of computer systems (Microsoft packages). Good administration skills Benefits: Overtime available Full time/ part time available Bonuses Working hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
