Salary: O.T.E £14,500 - £16,700 ** £20,000-£26,000 after probation once graded on performance**

Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6 pm / 10am to 7pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm.

Contract – Temp to Perm, full time

Location - Bishop Stortford

My client is nationally recognised Insurance organisation situated in Bishop's Stortford area, the client have an increasing need for further Inbound Sales Advisor’s to join their team - this role is due to commence employment in January 2018!

This is a very exciting time to be joining the client in their time of growth and development!

Successful candidates will receive full training on their wide range of products, how best to meet our customers' requirements and how to use the computer system. Successful applicants must be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team.

Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

About the role: 

  • Offering existing/new clients complete customer care package that best suits their needs.
  • You will deal mostly with incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with the customers insurance.
  • These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests.
  • Renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries the customer may have.

About you:

  • You will be a confident.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Wanting career development within a large company.
  • Computer literate.
  • Outgoing personality.
