Sales/Customer Service Apprentice
Working alongside senior Sales Representative, to learn all aspects of Customer Service and Sales of garden machinery and equipment. Duties will include assisting customers with selecting and purchasing the appropriate equipment for their specific requirements. The majority of this role will be face to face sales and customer service for visitors to the showroom, but you may also be required to assist customers over the telephone.
Hours of work - 40 hrs per week: 8.00am - 4.30pm worked over 5 days Monday - Saturday. Saturday hours: 8.00am -4.00pm during peak Spring / Summer season (March-September) for which a day off during the week will be given.
Qualifications & Skills required - Good numeracy skills with an outgoing, friendly personality, good telephone manner and good communication skills for talking to customers.
Training via Apprenticeships Broadland leading to a Customer Service Level 2 qualification.
