We offer:

  • A variety of supply assignments from ad hoc daily supply through to full time long term, fixed term and permanent contracts

  • A personal service, with us you are a valued member of the Key team not just a number and as we are a small team you get to know us too

  • Work in your local and surrounding areas

  • PAYE payroll - no 3rd parties

  • No admin fees for a DBS, we only charge £54.40

  • A Contract for Services which means under the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) after you reach the qualifying period, you are paid a comparative rate of pay up to UPS3

We welcome all enquiries from qualified teachers or experienced teaching staff interested in undertaking supply work. Even if you are looking for a just couple of days a month please do not hesitate to contact us.

NQTs

If you are an NQT we can help you find the right job to undertake and complete your induction period. Alternatively, if you are looking to gain some experience before starting your induction supply teaching will allow you to work in a variety of schools which will give you an insight as to the differences between small rural schools, large city schools, academies, free schools and state schools.

RETURNING TO TEACHING

Don't panic, it's like riding a bike! Let us know what your situation is and we will work with you to ease you back in to teaching. If you wish to have a shadow day with an experienced Key teacher, we can arrange this for you.

RETURNING FROM OVERSEAS

If you are looking to return to the UK or have been working abroad for a period of 6 months or more, there will be a number of documents you will need to provide; the most important one is an overseas police check which is easier to obtain BEFORE you return to the UK. Whilst we need to meet you face-to-face, if you contact us before your return we can guide you through the process.

Registration is subject to references and DBS checks.

If you would like to discuss your requirements please do not hesitate to contact Claire or Sam on 01440 764430.
