Project Officer

Starting salary between £30399 and £36399 per annum

Based at Kings Court Council Offices

We are undertaking an ambitious programme of projects that will help to enhance and sustain our corporate objectives.  This is an exciting opportunity created that will be involved with delivering property development, property investment and place-shaping projects.

You will join a developing and expanding team to support major mainly property related corporate projects from development through to implementation.  You will assist with the financial aspects of the projects including helping to identify potential funding sources through to the administration, compliance, procurement, dealing with consultants and contractors and management of the projects.

You will have experience of working in a similar role with a working knowledge of major corporate projects and ideally hold a project management qualification. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with good project management, ICT and research skills and be able to work in partnership with other organisations.
