As a Registered Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the management and leadership of a team to ensure efficient and smooth running of the services that exceed childrens homes statutory regulations and quality standards. Youll be co-ordinating support through auditing, assessments, reporting and employing excellent practice leadership skills to meet your objectives.
Inroads offer residential stays for children and young people aged 11-18 years with a range of severe learning difficulties. The service provides a safe, person centred and enabling environment for children and young people, to support them in taking the next steps in life.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes
- Diploma level 3 in children workforce or health and social care
- Be willing to achieve level 5 QCF leadership and management of care services diploma.
- Have knowledge of OFSTED activities and processes.
- Full understanding of safeguarding and childrens protection procedures.
- Holds a clean driving licence
- Be a positive role model

On offer is a salary of £27,000 to £29,000 dependant on experience and qualifications. You will also be entitled to paid breaks and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
