A BANK SUPPORT WORKER FOR OUR HUNTINGDON SERVICE

We are currently seeking to expand our team of support workers in Huntingdon.

We are looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to cover shifts on an as and when required basis

You will need to be flexible as the role will include sleep ins, some weekends and long shifts

£8.21 per hour

You will be able to make a difference to the life of the People We Support by delivering a person centred service with dignity, compassion and respect.

You will enable independence and assist them to achieve their personal goals and have an active, healthy, inclusive life.

the Care Certificate.

Hourly Rate Enhancements
Christmas Day: Double time
Boxing Day: Time and a half
New Year’s Day: Time and a half

Annual Leave
20 days per annum plus 8 Public Holidays pro rata.
After 5 years continuous service we will
reward you by automatically increasing this
to 25 days plus 8 Public Holidays.

Pension
Upon commencement you will be automatically
enrolled into our NEST pension plan which
includes an employer contribution * Subject to
earnings and qualifying criteria.

Lifeways Reward
Upon commencement you will be invited to
join our reward programme, giving you
