Customer Insight & Loyalty Manager - Leading International Hospitality Brand - Job Summary

I am on the lookout for an experienced Customer Insight Manager to join one of the leading international hospitality brands to deliver customer focussed data analysis and insight driven reports to monitor and improve performance on my client's latest loyalty programmes.

Customer Insight & Loyalty Manager - Leading International Hospitality Brand - Role Responsibility

* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of current loyalty programmes and offerings through the development of data driven insight.

* Work with data professionals across the organisation to produce new insights and identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience.

* Support the Insight team on broader key business Insight review projects by contributing specific CRM insights as relevant

* Work closely with marketing stakeholders to establish measurable KPI's of current and future communications programmes.

* Design and develop new and efficient ways to measure the performance of customer segments

* Work alongside a number of Data Managers to make recommendations on how to enhance customer data to deliver more effective analytics.

* Work with external agencies to deliver insight driven reports and data driven learnings to continually improve the customer experience.

* Deliver effective and data driven recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders

Customer Insight & Loyalty Manager - Leading International Hospitality Brand - The Ideal Candidate

* Experience of operating in a Customer Insight and Loyalty based position

* Solid experience of using Data Visualisation tools

* Have strong data analysis and customer focussed insight skills

* Confident in influencing stakeholders using data driven insights.

* Experience in recommending and defining new customer segments.

* Be customer focussed, have a drive to improve the customer journey.

* Have an inquisitive mindset allowing you to dive deep into customer data in order to provide predictive models.
