We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to work in the city centre, within easy reach of the train station and with onsite parking if you prefer to drive.

You will provide support via telephone, deskside assistance and remote connections.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Answering calls coming into the IT helpdesk and accurately recording issues reported
  • Provide excellent service by offering first line support and resolving queries immediately where possible
  • Collect accurate information and escalate issues for further action where appropriate
  • Installing software updates and patches on PC’s
  • Completing tasks in accordance with procedures outlined

To be considered for this exciting IT Helpdesk Administrator role, you will need the following experience:

  • An understanding of and interest in IT solutions
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work well in a team, being flexible and supportive with regards to tasks and business needs
  • Excellent customer service skills – able to maintain a professional and competent image in all dealings with clients

The successful IT Helpdesk Administrator will join a busy team who ensure that their technical skills are kept up to date while working effectively with team members to contribute to an enjoyable working environment.
