•     Coaching staff and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.

•     Employee relations matters and performance management.

•     Support and providing advice on sickness, lateness and procedures

•     Disciplinaries and Grievances

•     You will have strong systems skills including Excel and be a confident communicator

•     Payroll
