Transforming Care Services are currently working in partnership with a social care organisation to recruit for a passionate and dedicated speech and language therapist to work in a school in Bromley who specalise in supporting children with autism and communication difficulties.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will work collaboratively with the school’s staff to promote their well-being and best interests. You will be involved in the development of diverse, effective and innovative approaches to supporting and developing the functional communication skills of those with complex communication needs.

This role is a permanent position and entails working 38.5 hours per week. You will work 39 weeks of the year (term time) and the rest of the years is paid holidays!

This position would suit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist or someone newly qualified, having ideally gained experience in an SEN setting as part of their final placement. The starting salary for this would be upto £(Apply online only) depending on experience.

As a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, the following criteria is essential:

* Recognised and relevant Speech & Language Therapy degree, and HCPC registration

* Experience within our specialist client group

* Knowledge of a range of assessment tools and evidence of skilled application

* Experience of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency work within a range of settings

* Knowledge of sensory differences
