SEN teaching assistant work available immediately – autism support

A lovely school based near Bromley has immediate work available for an SEN teaching assistant. The school books staff through Teaching Personnel on a day to day basis, in order to cover for absent colleagues due to their sickness, courses, trips, training or other planned absences.

The ideal candidate for this kind of work:

* Available on a flexible first come first served basis

* Happy to work on a part time basis – work will be available between 2 and 4 days per week

* Experience supporting children with autism – some are low functioning and some are high functioning

* Able to support across both primary and secondary classes

* Available between 08:30am and 16:00pm for each day that you work

The school has grown steadily over the last 7 years, and provides outstanding education for children who have autism, complex needs including associated challenging behaviour and other special needs including dyslexia and dyspraxia.
