The primary school in Bromley are looking for a dedicated, independent and passionate individual to join their fantastic supportive Teaching Assistant team. The school provides a nurturing learning environment in which children are enabled to make personal growth, better manage their own emotions and behaviour, and make academic progress. The children acquire a new love of learning and are taught to take responsibility for their own behaviour.

To be successful for this Learning Support Role:

You must have either personal/paid experience working with SEN and have knowledge on best ways to support these students. You must have a flexible and adaptable approach in how you support these students. Having strong behaviour management is a must! Any SEN training/qualifications are desirable but not essential to be successful for this role. As this role is a full time role you must be able to work for the full 5 days.

LSA:Bromley

As a LSA you will be working 1:1 with SEMH students. You will ensure that they are progressing ensuring you are using a child centered approach in all the work you do. To be successful in this LSA role you will be a good team player and take part in team meetings, planning of sessions (if required by the teacher) and extracurricular activities that the school acquire you to take part in. This is a full time role and you will be required to work

Monday-Friday 8:15am-3:30pm (during term time) Daily rate: £70 - £85
