Our Client a Large Non for Profit organisation based in WGC are looking to employ a Customer Service expert to support two departments for a minimum of 8 weeks.

Working within a team of 5 your time will be split across two teams technical support and Customer Service:

* Testing of development prior to release. Checking a series of scenarios and giving the final ok before they go out.
* Administration of Salesforce Implementation
* Prioritisation and resolution of user requests and issues relating to day-to-day business needs (Via Salesforce cases, and Jira)

* Support the customer purchase lifecycle.
* Support the stakeholder and partner throughout their contract, according to agreed service levels.
* Support Marketing, Sales and Communications functions with their Business Systems needs and skills (either personal or developed within the Operations team) that help these teams deliver against their targets.
* Monitor and report on responses and activity both on the platform and on external systems.

My client is looking for an individual with a “Can-do” attitude who is happy working with minimum supervision. Experience of Sales force would be advantageous but not essential as long as you are familiar with working with CRM systems

* Experience of a CRM system ((url removed) preferably)
* Experience of administrating a technical/semi-technical environment
* Experience of working in a user/Customer helpdesk environment
