CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISORS WANTED ASAP!

Our friendly, growing client based in Bury St Edmunds* is seeking  3 full time, permanent staff members with a technical and customer focused mind-set who are keen to develop, work well in a team, and efficient within their work to join our growing support team.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be working within a successful support team and the head of support, assisting and supporting customers/estimators with the use of the company’s software.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 9 am – 7 pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5:30pm on Fridays!

The starting salary for this role will be around £7.83 (or higher depending on experience)!

*Office opening in Bury St Edmund's November (current office location is based in Wattisfield and may require working at current office temporarily until they are moved). Car is required due to location!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering Calls
  • Processing payments
  • Sending information packs
  • Forwarding leads to agents
  • Updating database records
  • Creating support tickets for customers/estimators
  • Ensuring customers are aware of the latest products and services we offer
  • Other Support & Admin Duties as required

About you:

  • Comfortable using computers (Including Outlook, Excel and word)
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of providing customer support (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work and prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with customer database’s (preferred but not essential)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English – C or above are preferred but not essential.

An IT based qualification would be an advantage, but if you have a good telephone manner, computer experience, great organisational skills, positive outlook and are calm under pressure we would love to hear from you!
