Due to expansion there is now a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join a global company at their offices in Chatham. Customer Service Administrator will be offered a salary of up to £22,000 + benefits, contributory pension.

Customer Services Administrator - Overview / Job Function:

Customer Service Administrator provides high level support to customers through each stage of customer interaction from initiation to after-sales support. In addition, the role will continually provide high quality detail-orientated administration support where required. The role will handle all incoming orders and provide customers with information relating to their relevant service, whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved and customer expectations are met. You will liaise with other departments as well as building business relationships with key contacts.

Customer Service Administrator - Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders (preparing order confirmations and technical forms etc)

• Supporting the sales department whilst maintaining and updating internal databases against deliverable work

• Chasing outstanding paperwork, updating key stakeholder to allow work to proceed on schedule

• Answering incoming calls, screening and redirecting as required

• Arranging travel requirements

• Preparing & issuing reports containing sensitive information in line with set guidelines

• Arranging and coordinating conference calls using the appropriate technology, whilst ensuring all parties have the necessary details

• Effective email management to ensure queries are dealt with accurately and promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

Customer Services Administrator - Person Requirements:

• Good IT literacy skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)

• Strong administration skills obtained in a similar role

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service

• Confident communicator (written/ oral) and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively
